What you must do:

Call our sales department at 425-861-0111 and tell them that you wish to return your purchase. They will provide you with shipping information. Have your order number and purchase information available.
Return the unit to us in good condition, freight prepaid, in its original shipping container, complete with all parts. Your purchase must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the time you received it.
Include a copy of the original packing list.

What we will do:

We will refund the original purchase price, less any shipping charges. If parts are missing, their price will be deducted from the refund.

Zooka Sports warrants the pitching machines for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
